343 keep the equality

this point is really important to me

i heared its kinda confirmed that there will be (armor) perks,that means if you wear for example the “scout-chest” you can reload faster,thats how i understand the perk system

additional to that there is sprint,i thought sprint could even be part of the perk system

but things like that,exactly like AAs,should not be implemented into halo 4 cause it destroys what made halo halo

everyone starts equal,no advantages,the teams have to fight for map-control and for power-weapons and power-ups,reach destroyed that with AAs

and im really scared that the same thing is going to happen with halo 4 with its perk system and sprint,i know we have to wait for more info but thats how i feel

look,in reach,i never used AAs cause i didnt like them,with this you are forced to use them,cause if you dont,you are slower(cause the other guys sprint while you are running normal),you are disadvantaged.

Equipment was almost a too big change,it gives you an advantage as well,but only for around 30 seconds,then you have to pick it up again

i mean AAs too,but you can use AAs over and over again,btw camo as an AA was just crap,it should stay a Power-Up

so please 343,keep the equality! keep it halo! we all start with the same weapon,with the same jump/movement speed,same nades,the same everthing,and we should fight for power-weapons and the rest to get the map-contol!

but if a chest armor piece makes u reload faster, thats nothing like AA’s because AA’s require you to press a button to activate them while “perks” are more automatic

COD 4 was awsome in everyway and halo can learn from it.

If we always spawned as equals every Halo map would be symmetrical. Things can be balanced without being identical for both sides.

I don’t think halo could learn from cod4… That was one of my favorite games along with halo 3 at the time, but everything after that just was horrible because it was the same thing over and over. At least halo tried to do something new after halo, no it didn’t work as well as people hoped but hopefully 343 will get it right. As for COD, its been dead to me after MW1 was released.

Yet again, I know people keep talking about ‘perks’ but lets leave COD out of this, its a completely different game from halo and I doubt 343’s goal is to make halo feel ore like COD.

Would it really be so hard to type “you” rather than “u”? I find it really hard to take people seriously when they’re that lazy.

I dont like the idea of the armour affecting gameplay, as I would prefer to choose my armour based on looks.
