Game came out oct 27th and I still can’t play. What kind of business screws their customers two games in a row. I withdrew my Halo Wars 2 pre-order. will repost everyday until response.

Being a -Yoink- wont get you anywhere. The issue you are referring to has been addressed and a fix is in progress. Try deleting the pre-order content off your storage, you won’t lose it in game. That is what worked for me. Also read the Same Household Disconnection thread at the top of this forum. Another potential fix is there. Also post network specifics that could be helpful in diagnosing the problem. Just saying “I AM R TEH MAD FACE”, doesn’t say anything. Spamming everyday just puts you on a blacklist of people to not take seriously. Also, Halo Wars isn’t made by 343, it’s by Creative Assembly. 343 is only an adviser to that project.
I don’t think you understand. It’s a huge problem and I’ve wasted countless hours trying to fix things on my end, when it’s a problem on theirs.
Have you tried all the above? You still aren’t helping by not giving them any information. Also I fully understand because I have been having the same issue myself and I only recently found a fix.
