Compared to Bungie they are stepping up the notch by using knowledgeable bans. They must be afraid of their community. Anyone agree?

I’m with White Drone. Still voice banned after over two weeks. Did nothing wrong (fine, don’t believe me, doesn’t mean I deserve to be banned for more than the indicated one week).

There should never be a voice ban. Pretty much voice ban is saying that microsoft thinks down on their whole fan base that no one knows how to mute someone. So they do it for them. Ive always thought of a voice ban being the most pointless ban. Does anyone notice the ammount of users with mics has decreased since the original xbox. Because of their stupid bans with the 360.
I disagree, they are banning people who deserved to be banned.

The bans have incressed due to the gamers who felt that trash talk and anger messages could be filled with racist, degrading, and threating were ok. Not to mention the trolling comunity. Its gotten out of hand and something had to be done. Both Halo 4 and COD BO2 were released with warnings about an incress in these bans. I acctually think the bans are still not enough. There some players out htere who need an account ban that lasts a good month. Its not right for players to go to far then use the mute option as an excuse.

Again anyone of age 18+ would known to just ignore someone and mute them. So I suppose microsoft thinks only underage play their console who take offence to anything and everything, and do not know how to mute and not read messages?

Its not a matter of age. Its a matter of one person treating another. I cant see MS telling someone thats 24 whos called to compain about another person telling them that they wont do anything and recomend that they just use the mute button. Any gamer should be able to game online and not be subject to harrasment no matter what the sistuation is. This is why the trolling comunity is causing so much damage.

You must live in fairy land where people dont kill 20 children in the United states. Or knife-wielding man slashed 22 children and an adult at an elementary school in central China. You might as well get rid of guns in video games you homosexual.
I was only banned once in reach for quitting to much (just a bad day.) If your banned your probably deserve it. also voice bans arent that bad anymore. no one even talks. I both love and hate party chats.

Cant stop people from doing bad things. But MS can ban you over and over as people file complaints. If i could stop knife weilding murders i would but i cant. But i can report a gamer who sends degrading messages

Don’t believe that. I tried helping out a guy who lost his Halo CE key and had purchased the original disc and got banned for “referencing illegal content.” They are way too much banhammer.
