343 is this a ODST or Spartan IV ?

In This photo I made a post and I called it a Spartan IV and I believe it’s a Spartan IV but no, they had an argument on the post that it’s an ODST.

So vote on the poll is it Spartan IV or ODST?

Check this photo out, look at the gunner. Is it Spartan IV or ODST?

Oops
Poll mistake
Yes = Spartan IV
No = ODST
You’re always able to wear ODST helmets and armor in multiplayer so ODST Spartan IV’s?
And that “ODST” looks too buff to be a ODST.

They look like ODSTs with more advanced armor to me.

You really don’t need another topic for this.

Will I do since people have been arguing so I want the poll to answear it for us.

ODST Spartan IV perhaps?

I personally think it’s a Spartan IV with ODST armor, instead of the Default Armor.

They look too heavily armored to be ODSTs. They are also as tall as the Chief (although it may not look like it since they are further away from him in the screenshot). I believe they are Spartan IVs with ODST-like armor. The helmets look more like a mix of ODST and Mk V(B) helmets more than an upgraded ODST helmet.

Look at the comment above you :slight_smile:

They look like ODSTs, but they could be other Spartans.

> Yeah they’re ODST’s.

> Even though they’re not wearing black.
> It’s not like that’s what ALL ODST’S EVER have worn. just saying.

I think I’ve know that since Halo 3: ODST >_>

Yea and also your poll doesnt make any sense.

Personally I think they are S-IVs. They are way taller than the soldier to the right of the Chief, they are wearing full battleplate armor as opposed to material fatigues or body suits and although the helmet looks ODST it also has elements on the Chiefs Mk VI in there as well as Noble Six’ Mk V helmet as well.
I guess right now we are all speculating, I can see them being S-IV or ODST just as easily as each other. My bet still leans towards them being S-IVs. The Infinity plays a major role in Halo 4, Infinity serves as the base of the Spartan-IV project which ties into multiplayer and Spartan Ops, hence it does make sense for npc S-IVs to appear in Campaign.

It’s a ghost!

Sorry.

OT: It’s an ODST, I’d put my money on it.

I said no lol. Yeah, it definitely looks like a ODST. Maybe ODST Spartan 4s?
