They said in the halo Infinite announcement in the halo 5 announcements that you would carry over every piece of content. That sure didn’t happen but we’re supposed to just let that go!?

In halo 5 if you rank up to 151 you will unlock a skin for halo infinite. No armour just colours. Not realy worth it in my opinion.

i honestly thought there would have been A LOT more carry over from previous Halo titles. glad i ended up not grinding H5 MP with hopes of getting anything…

Boot up halo 5 and go to community announcements and if you go to the multiplayer beta announcement and read the text. You know I said this at the start I thought.

Damn, you’re right - I’d forgotten they said that. I can’t remember what progress or unlocks I had in the beta now though.

That announcement was about when you jump into the BETA, the progress will carry over when the game officially launches.

This is the ‘beta’ that released on november 15th, which for all intents and purposes was the game launch. Everyone’s progress did carry over on Dec 8 because the game was for all intents and purposes the final game beyond some bandaids they threw in beforehand.
343 definitely has a truthfulness issue, but this one aint it. Its not referring to carrying over halo 5 stuff.

Yeah you’re right, it’s such a long time ago I forgot it was talking about the full game basically launching a week early, so everything carried over.
I was thinking about the pre-beta flights earlier I think!
The funny thing is 343 said it was committed to multiplayerand campaign launching at the same time. So i’m pretty sure the only reason it was released as ‘beta’ was to technically still be ‘true’ to their statement.

Yes. Any customization and content you unlocked in the halo infinite beta period remained unlocked after Dec8.

They promised roadmaps and then went radio silent and came out of there cave to anounce 2 maps for season 2 afrer 6 month u came out with 2 u are really joking right ? Not even in paid dlc u had only 2 maps in the package thats unaceptable imagine they en uo being bad we whaited 6 month for 2 bad maps really ? Hope they drop 2 maps before season 2 they could argue in there favor we atleast gave u 4 maps …
We need rejoin for ranked game losing points on and unstable game is fustrating to a point of not wanting to play this game ever .
