> You do realize 343 Industries was formed out of Bungie, right? They were the Bungie employees that wanted to keep making Halo games. Bungie as a company decided to move on. They couldn’t sell back to Bungie if they wanted, because Bungie was done with Halo.

> I do agree, to a certain degree, that 343 is nothing compared to Bungie back when Bungie was making Halo games. But 343 is not a joke. They are doing their best, and if it weren’t for them, there wouldn’t even be a Halo 4, Halo Spartan Assault, Halo Spartan Strike, Halo 5: Guardians, or Halo Wars 2. They are what’s keeping the Halo series growing (in a manner of speaking). Do I like what they’re doing? No. Are they making games that are garbage? Hell no. The core gameplay is top notch. The issues are with other aspects, such as story writing, whoever designed the matchmaking (looking at it right now if it were a concept, it sounds good, but it really isn’t that good in practice), and whoever decided it was a good idea to ship the game without Forge, Infection, more than 2 Warzone maps, etc. which is entirely Microsoft’s fault. Microsoft is most likely the people who made a lot of the end decisions, as most publishers do.
It was formed out of 10 or so Bungie Employees that left, at best. There’s most likely even less by this stage
There were also people from Free Radical, as well as from Pandemic when it shut down as well. But the talent that currently inhabits 343 is full of people from various backgrounds.
TIm Longo, for example, was Lead Designer on Republic Commando, and worked a lot with Crystal Dynamics and LucasArts. The rest could very well be people who grew up with Halo like you and me.

Are you sure you’re not being biased? They were done with Halo by Halo:Reach. Why do you think they gave it up? Unless, of course, you’re saying that’s an “opinion.”, and it was formed out of a few Bungie Employees, (Big hint, Frank O’Connor was at Bungie) so that isn’t entirely inaccurate.
But that’s why you shouldn’t generalize.
