343 is a disappointment in my eyes

I am utterly disgusted with the way 343 has handled the specialization code issue.
I for one have not gotten my code and theres at least 30,000 others who have not as well.
At first, I figured they would formulate a solution, but at this point, I’m convinced that they simply don’t care about their customer base. I have purchased each Halo game on release day since the release of Halo:CE, and I feel almost betrayed.
To not give a logical and convenient solution to this problem is simply neglectful to your fans.
The ball in in your court 343. Other are playing with content that I do not have and am entitled to.
Not to play hardball, but as of this point, I have no desire to buy another Halo game after this.
Xbox support cannot help, forums are of no help, and 343 has yet to set up a way to get the code.

Right there with you. It just isn’t fair that we spend $60 on a game, are told that if we play before a certain date that we will get content that isn’t available to others(which is complete BS by the way, all specializations should be available to everyone.)then when the time comes you get screwed… I am not pleased.

This would be an issue with an automated system. There is a variable as to why people didn’t get their code as all the codes have been sent. What that variable is, I don’t know. Everyone I know that met the criteria got their code. 2 of them that had bogus email addresses got theirs via Xbox Live. Not sure if there is an issue with you age when you started your account or an issue with your location but there is a common theme amongst the people that did not get a code when they should have. Sorry you didn’t get one. I understand your frustration and I would be too happy myself.

I’m not sure why this isn’t being handled in a more business-like and professional manner.

If we were supposed to get a code for a specialization simply by playing Halo 4 on xbox live before a certain date, I did not get it either because I played Halo 4 at launch that night on xbox live and since then. So I definitely qualified for that, and definitely didn’t get any code lol.

343 wouldn’t care about that stuff though. They’re busy helping Microsoft have its way with Halo, got to get that money!

fully agree, they have made an awesome game in my eyes, then just left the community and fanbase and tried to almost sweep us and there problems away, its tragic how they are behaving with this, its one of the most popular games in the world, and they just dont care about the people who play it

Microsoft handled the codes. 343 had very little to do with it and since 343 is owned by Microsoft they have no choice but to go along with it. Is it really that hard to understand lads?
