343 should add an app to there next upcoming title Halo 5 guardians which is similar to Bungies app. This app would allow you to get exclusive things and armor and emblems.
I shouldn’t be an iOS app though…
It should be an app that is made for Windows Phone, Windows, Android and iOS.
