Reward bonus for teammates who finish the fight. I just got out of a game where my teammates all quit within 1 minute of the game ending. Wtf, why do it at the last minute, especially if you endured the losing battle for so long.
You quit, then you lose an entire level within your category. Do it again, you drop an entire rank category like going from onyx to gold.
You stay, when someone leaves your deduction is more forgiving.

that sounds fair, but would need carefully tuning to make sure it can’t be exploited somehow
