I have everything but Achilles and 343 weapon skin but i read up on it and to get the weapon skins you had to buy HCS pack more then once and i did, i bought it three times trying to get 343 weapon skin amd nothing. So What gives? Where’s my weapon skins or how can i get it now?
As the name states, the 343 skins are intended for 343 employees only. For a short time they were released into the REQ system when the HCS pack was released, but that was never intended to happen. A few (around 50) players managed to get them and 343 was kind enough to let those players keep them.

To add onto what stckrboy said, it currently isn’t possible to unlock these weapon skins. It is assumed that them showing up under weapon skins for regular players is a mistake because something similar happened on Halo Waypoint and it was quickly reverted.
Hopefully it’ll be fixed in the next update.
The 343 AR and Magnum skins were specifically designed for use by 343 employees only (as the name hints). There was a glitch in the REQ system when the HCS pack released where these skins were mistakenly leaked and a few people were lucky enough to obtain them. There was also a special Spartan Amory pack that purposely had the possibility to contain these skins in order to give those, who were willing to spend their money or REQ points, a chance to have them. There is no word on if they’ll ever become available again, and I personally doubt they ever will unfortunately.
