"343 Industries Support Needed" "Fotus Armor Set"

I purchased the Halo 5 Guardians 1TB Xbox One Console a few months ago and never got the Fotus armor or the emblem it came with. I have the digital code still and the receipt for the console but the code never went through on my console. I put it in and it redeemed and I never actually got the items. I tried putting in the code again and it said it was already redeemed. How can I fix this issue. Anyone who works for 343 Industries I can talk to would be great. I don’t want anyone random commenting or replying to this telling me I am screwed or I cannot get it now. I paid for my item so I should be able to get what I paid for. I could never find a 343 support number or email or I would contact 343 myself. Hopefully someone from 343 will see this.

Try opening it here on waypoint. Navigate to Games - Halo 5 Guardians - Requisitions, from the drop down menu atop the page. Hopefully it’s there.

Not sure about the emblem, but the Fotus armor can be unlocked through regular gameplay anyway.
