Dear 343 I just contacted XBOX about my problem and they directed me toward you. I purchased a Halo : Reach Legendary edition box. I used the code and it didn’t appear on the game itself I went to my download history and everything. I need your help I spent almost 200$ on this

When did you buy it? Because I doubt it’s still $200. If you bought it back in 2010 then your a bit late.
Nobody can help you if that’s the case.
