My halo 4 disc is acting strangely. Every time I go into matchmaking or any other mode something goes wrong. All of a sudden the xbox makes that horrible grinding noise. The loadout selection menu does not load. In addition to this some of the vehicle sound files are non-existent (for example when I drive the warthog the engine noise is not there). However strangely enough I can still play a match and after the match is finished the xbox goes back to normal and everything is fine, well until I start another match. I have cleaned the disc and there is no effect, the same errors continue. Any suggestions?

If it is your machine that is chewing up discs then you will need to service the machine.

If it is a scratched disc, then you pay $20 to MS and they will send you a replacement disc.
