Have you set your NAT to open is your Xbox directly plugged in with an ethernet cable? Do you have enough physical bann-with from service provider you have chosen for your home Internet ? Is there any form of interference and the surrounding area which would keep , or reduce the capacity of the Internet at different times of the night or day ? Is your Xbox one authorized to your router/modem /all-in-one device ? I only ask these questions because those are the things you can address at home. You should try sorting those up first .
