Dear 343,I have the same problem a bunch of people are experiencing on Halo 5. People running into walls for minutes straight then disconnected. I bought Halo:MCC and Halo 5 to play the multiplayer, but this seems to be a huge problem on both. What is going on, and are you trying to fix it. I just want to know. Please, fill me in on what’s happening. I’m starting to get a little frustrated. The only way to contact you guys is through the forums. Even xbox support said they don’t have contact information for you. How is the status quo of this game possible after being out for a month, and the lessons you should have learned from MCC. I want to buy Halo Wars, but I’m having serious second thoughts about it now. You would think 3rd times a charm, but that’s not the case in this instance, I think.Please…343I’m not trying to be aggressive, I just would like an answer

You have no idea what you’re talking about. If it’s my ISP, then why does every other game i play work perfectly?
