Seriously 343… DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE MULTIPLAYER CONNECTIVITY!!!especially for the people outside of the USA (like me!) I am getting sick and tired of not being able to play online. and it not only affects halo 5 when it happens, it affects my entire Xbox (store/friends etc not loading properly)
Untill last week or so i had no issues with playing halo 5 online. what the frack happened that caused this mass lag/connectivity issues 343? because I am not the only one affected by it. a lot of people (presumably most outside of the US) are affected by this and you guys haven’t even breathed any word about fixing it or even acknowledging the problem to us, the community. I didn’t spend 250 euro’s (yeah i bought the Halo 5: Guardians Collectors Edition) for a game that breaks after a month and a half!

Seriously 343, go and get involved in the Community outside of the US, ask about the problem and fix it asap! and while you’r at it. take a look at the other issues people are having with halo 5; open kinect mics, afk’s, teamkillers, lag, etc. because if you don’t change and fix the Online Multiplayer, I’ll be done playing this game forever.
I used to enjoy the halo multiplayer, but not any more if these problems keep up.that next ‘big’ update better be good and fix al the problems we have with the online multiplayer…

You’re not alone buddy and there are a TON of players in the US with the same problem. Honestly, I think it is out of their hands. They don’t have the knowledge or budget to fix this problem. The only thing they can afford to do is pretend like they can fix the problem. MCC was a perfect example, it was a bunch of inexperienced developers given some tools that could produce a game. What you got was an incomplete pile of garbage that doesn’t work. RIP Halo.
The biggest problem I have with all this is that 343 hasn’t commented on anything of the issues since the BOSAL update as far as I can tell. the least they could do is let us know they heard us and are working on a fix.

The complaint was for Oceania players (I don’t know if that includes you) and they were looking into server side tweaks. To me it seems more of an infrastructure issue. Last night I was engaged in a match and I had a brief disconnect and when my player returned I was running around the level in “3rd person”. Almost as if it hadn’t fully re-connected. I could run around the level and watch the opposing team kill my character. I sort of had fun with it while it lasted since my inputs directly caused my character to move but I was viewing the action from another angle, I would attempt to dodge the characters in funny ways. Anyways keep throwing complaints their way! Maybe someday…
I see. I hope they’ll fix it for us Europeans too!
