Please someone help…I don’t care about the “community”…I want an employee to help fix my friggin issue…I’ve already been through the whole rigormoral with Microsoft support with some lady whom I could barely understand…she finally gave me the developers number (343) and it turned out to be bogus…I am getting an error that tells me to load a disc (Ox87de2713)…when I have the digital copy…I would love to load the disk if not for 343 or Microsoft not being so cheap and deciding not to include a physical copy of the disk in $500 console I bought…that’s a whole another story but would proably alleviate craps like this…it should not be this difficult to get. help to play my product that I bought…I don’t follow anyone on any social media because I don’t have Facebook, Twitter and whatever other stupid means of communication that y’all have come up with…I am very reluctantly “reaching out” through here to get some friggin help…this is rediculous…someone that is an employee please freaking help me!
It isn’t 343’s issue. All of XBL is having problems.

Those who were in a game before this issue started don’t seem to be affected, so they can carry on as normal.

Also, those with a disc can go on I think.
Although I have my disc in, but due to having my friend with the digital copy having my Xbox as his home, it’s defaulting to the digital copy. So it won’t play off the disc. So I can’t get on…
Don’t say you don;t care about the community when they can easily point you in the right direction. Also a 343 employee has other stuff to worry about then your error code. Hate to tell you MS support would be your best option if it’s the console acting up.

Another ddos attack… Can’t launch anything.
My friend got online on his digital copy.
Go offline, boot up the game, go back online, join a lobby.
He says it took a few tries but he is sitting in my fireteam right now.

Only digital games are affected. I can’t play NHL (digital) but Halo is loading up because I have a hard copy

I don’t think that has anything to do with owning a physical copy. I can’t even launch Youtube or Netflix without them crashing and the error message asking me to insert “the disc”.
