I am proud to say after reading hundreds and hundreds of awesome ideas for Halo 5 I am actually considering changed my pre order for PS4 to Xbox one. I love halo 4 don’t get me wrong but I feel that it is far from being a perfect halo game.
Here’s to 343 for Halo.
Keep up the good work guys.
“Master Chief? Mind telling me what the hell you’re on that ship!?”

It’s not like he’s screaming about Halo being dead SpartanT.
I had my doubts about Halo 5… until I read this leaked info:
> Multiplayer:
> Split between two categories.
> Halo Wararena ist basically Halo 2 reloaded. No loadouts, no armor abilites and perks.
> Player Count 8-16, game types are Slayer, CTF(yes classic Halo CTF ), King of the Hill, Assault, Oddball…
> Static weapon spawns, more weapons on map which means more ammo, weapons wont respawn as quick as in Halo 4
> The seconds multiplayer categorie is titles Halo Battlefield (not final name obviously).
> Those are basically really big teams battles like 32-64. Gameplay is more inline with Invasion from Halo Reach.
> Custom Loadouts, “armor abilites” (more like class abilites), Vehicles, Infinity like call ins
If legit, this is a very interesting and unique way to separate the classic/infinity playlists that will likely satisfy both casual and competitive gamers. It shows they were listening to us and may actually take this one in the right direction. If they pull it off well, and add in-game CSR, I think they might just get some fans back.
Not going to lie but wouldn’t have waiting on Halo 4 to be released as a launch title for Xbox 1 been a better idea. Would have given them more time to work on it, have a public beta on the 360 to get people pumped and fix any other problems. Wouldn’t that have been a smarter business approach. I would think that a lot more X1 would be pre-ordered if that was the case. This is just my opinion though as it seems more people were hyped for Halo4 than they are with Halo 5.

Not possible to have a beta for an Xbox One game on the 360. Two totally different architectures.
More people are hyped for Halo 4 because it was meant to rejuvenate the franchise, bringing back Master Chief and classic Halo. It did one of those things. Not to say that what it did do was bad, but if it did what it didn’t do, it would have been better.
Yeah, I’m with you there.
Halo 5 absolutely cannot fail!
I really need this game to be good.
I have a policy of removing others from my Friends List if they don’t play Halo often enough.
I lost so many friends after Halo 4…
But I’ll keep supporting 343, no matter what.
After all the feedback we gave 343 and all the things 343 did to make Halo 4 I trust them and believe them that Halo 5 will be amazing! I love Halo 4 and I hope Halo 5 will be even better with descoping

This, except I think descope would make the game SOOO much better. I’d rather have in-game CSR, the return of loads of cut gametypes and sugnificantly improved Forge/Customs. THAT will make the game better, not descope (but of course, descope should return- the community wants it).
When I bought Halo 4 I had no power so all I did was play campaign for 3 days until finally my power came back. I went into matchmaking and clicked the Big team infinity slayer playlist, I joined a match specifically it was BTIS on Vortex and holy crap did I have a BLAST.
I wil say this I started playing competetive the month after and to me honestly it felt like a beta. That’s why people left, I feel bad for 343 they added CSR (Not in game but on waypoint), weapon tuning update, AWESOME map packs. Why? Because they listened to us and only to find out that they lost a crazy amount of the halo community.

Yeah, one thing you can’t say about 343 is that they’re not trying. You can tell that everyone there is truly passionate about Halo. I tried to like Halo 4. I really did. There were just so much that made it “not Halo.” Here’s hoping 343 learned from this and will make Halo 5 the best.

That is really a false statement, all the updates put into the game is evidence of that
