I was looking at a streamer yesterday, they were losing games even going 10+ and would not lose a single csr, would lose several games but still no csr taken and when a game was won theyd rank up a lot. Does anyone really not believe 343 would help them to not get streamers(people with a voice) to give them even more negative attention?

Free advertisement will always be taken care of, and put first before the rest of the entire player base.
