Hi Team,
Was playing Halo 5 today and completed another “Triple Double” yet however I never received the medal. Please see the attached game history I had 10 headshots, 11 assists and 16 kills any chance you can award me with the Triple Double?

I looked at your profile. You have two triple doubles. How many did you have before this match?
Also this is a very minor thing. I honestly don’t see 343 employees going into your account just to give you a medal. I’m not sure if it is even possible.

Hi Master, I already had 2 this would’ve been my 3rd one I think I know why it happened. Once you get it is seems to take a while to show on screen and I got the last kill of the game and it was a headshot to take to me 10 headshots and failed to appear. Trying to earn a few more of these and spewing it didn’t capture it all good though just wanted to report it in case its happening to others out there… I’m always the unlucky one

Was your kill the last the end the game? If so maybe the game finished before giving you the medal, which would be unlucky.

Yes I got the last kill of the game it was a headshot and it counted it as it took me to 10 headshots but didn’t award me the medal. Maybe because it was at the end and didn’t have enough time to register it not sure though.

Did the screen go red/blue with the winning emblem up. Did you get a headshot medal at all?

Yeah you should have received it. Guess the game didn’t give it to you. If only you killed someone which didn’t result in ending the game.
