Someone from Waypoint or 343 industries I need help requesting into a Spartan Company because when I enter the page of the company it won’t let me request to join and I was talking to the current leader of the company he told me that my name doesn’t even show up on the request list.
Hi there, it sounds like you may have an Xbox Live Child account which means you won’t be able to make use of the Waypoint Inbox feature or join a Spartan Company. Have a read over my post linked below and follow the links I provided. Everything there will show you how to check if you have a child account and what you can do to promote your account if you are now at an appropriate age for your parent / guardian to do that. Let me know of that helps 
It will allow me to request other companies but not the one I want
Which company are you trying to join, maybe they are full at 100 members already?
