Hey anyone at 343 I played halo the mcc way before dec 19 and continue to play it I never did get the exclusive nameplate or avatar what do I do?

Hello, I played halo the mcc on december 26 and I have blocked 16 achievements that mark the progress 100.

they have not been released to everyone yet, but should be rolled out soon. You will get then, don’t worry

I got proof of purchase within the release date and December 19th and Microsoft/343 are not giving it to me because I didn’t wanna play it because I kept hearing the game was broken I want my compensation also this is the very first time I’m experiencing this with a video game in my life.

Well the compensation was offered to those who have been plaing since launch and had to deal with all the issues over the last few weeks. To be eligible you had to have played online - ie. connected to xbox live and did somthing like forge, customs, campaign or MM. They have to set a hard date for things like this becuase if the laxed for people who complained about missing out by one day, they would continually have to extend it. If you didn’t play, then I know it sounds harsh but you just aren’t eligble for it.
You’ll be able to play Relic once it’s released though and I imagine that they will offer ODST for a nominal fee after everyone has downloaded it

The game is still very broken they should not have compensated everyone till everything would be fixed because 2 missions I played today my gun had no audio and same with the cut scenes kinda ruins the experience of an amazing game.
A lot of people have been posting about compensation on the fourms, so they had to release details about it some time. The post was made just over a month after launch and i think 1 month from the date they initially announced they would compensate fans in some way. I don’t know that the community would have waited much longer to hear about conpensation to be honest

They should extend the date for it because I’m getting a lot of audio bugs plus I got proof of purchase from June 9th 2014 this is the first time in 18 years of gaming I have to deal with this BS I dunno how I was suppose to get compensated usually when you buy something it’s suppose to work.
