Help me please! I was told by Microsoft to contact 343 Industries about my issue. I preordered the collector edition Halo 5, and after opening it I noticed there was no game disc, just a digital download code. I gave my code to Microsoft and they sent me a game disc, but the Warzone req bundle and Animated Series was not included with the game they sent me. This is my problem, please help!

I would recommend contacting Xbox support again and asking for a supervisor. They are the ones who handled the disc exchange, and they should be able to provide you with a code for the LE content if they can verify that you did the digital to disk exchange. The only thing that may be an issue is the time that has passed (the swap program ended in November). Be kind, but also insist to speak to a supervisor.
Other people who had this issue in the past (e.g. https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums/6e35355aecdf4fd0acdaee3cc4156fd4/topics/h5-lce-disc-exchange-no-lce-bonuses-with-my-disc/084398c0-9ba1-4cd8-8970-6bf8776e0b79/posts) were able to get the codes for Limited Edition content.
You might want to check your email also (just to be sure you didn’t already receive codes that you overlooked).
