343 has to bring back Anniversary FFA & BTB

I miss the Free For All and Big Team Battle matches on the anniversary maps.

Why did that ever got removed? The chance of finding players in a match who all got the DLC in regular FFA matchmaking is near impossible.

I just want it back. I miss all the DLC maps! Noble, Defiant and Anniversary. :frowning:

Don’t expect 343 to update Reach. They’re blind and deaf as the AI setting in Firefight

The playlists had low populations and were removed in the consolidation in August.

Same goes for the all DLC playlist, it was removed after a few months on trial.

343i have no plans to update Reach further, just more consolidation.

So what’s the reason for removing Action Sack? And sometimes there’re only less than 10 people playing The Arena, Super Slayer, Team Objective and MLG. Should those playlists be removed?

Action Sack itself wasn’t that populated, but I do agree it was silly to remove it, it had a higher population than Super Slayer for example.

As for the playlists you’ve listed, I agree that some of them should be removed (and likely will in the future consolidation planned).

The bad thing is, some of the achievements in Reach are tied to a specific map pack. The less playlists exist, the smaller are the chances to get them.

i dont see why a playlist should be removed due to low population, especially if it does better than a Vanilla Reach playlist. Removing the DLC playlist was a stupid idea to me. Especially if 343i are keeping the DLC playlists for H4 -_-

And even in Halo 4 their own DLC playlists are so low-pop (just like the rest rest of the playlists) that they can’t be bothered to keep them active indefinitely. I got back into H4 a month or so ago, wanting to play the castle DLC…and no luck finding a game with those maps. The game is less than a year old and the online pop numbers are so incredibly low that it’s staggering. And 343i are the folks entrusted in keeping the Halo franchise alive? Simply awesome, MS, 343. :expressionless:

Anni BTB was by far my favorite playlist in Reach. I also loved Anni Classic, it’s nice to be able to play MM without all the garbage AA’s making a random mess of things.

343i are -Yoinking!- -Yoinks!- , they completely trashed the Halo franchise . Like how often do the Halo Reach servers have to go unavailable . And why do they still credit ban in a game that’s 4 years old ? Grow the -Yoink- up 343 . They can’t do their damn job like they’re supposed to . 343i retire already because Halo 5 is gonna be complete -Yoink- and if the populations of Reach and H4 are already minuscule , how do you plan on making any money from Halo 5 . #wasteoftime #sucksomemoredick

Why would they stop credit banning people?

I don’t know about you but it is very difficult to get a credit ban if you shoot at your enemies.

  1. Games pay out more credits than they used to before

  2. Credit cap is also higher than it used to be

  3. Credit ban only stikes if you or your party habitually earns 0 (ZERO) kills.

All of these things means you can currently rank up faster then people who earned their rank the slow way.

What is worse to you? Players that earn zero kills also earning zero credits or Players logging on, going afk/afc and earning nearly the same credits of people that actually played? Please tell me why you think that because the game is x amount of years old it should not discourage this… I’d love to hear it.

Yeah, regardless of population, they should have left the Anniversary Playlist alone. Not everyone plays though Reach and play directly from Halo CE Anniversary Disc. Those people are definitely limited in their options.

I don’t understand why 343 didn’t bring back this playlists. It was great fun to play with my friends on these maps.

I’m a BTB player and don’t like to play everyday 10 time hemorrhage, spire or boneyard. In halo 4 is the population lower than in reach.

Bungie was not perfect, but since 343 has hand over halo reach they only do unimportant things for halo 4. I hope halo 5 will be better.
