343 promised us Halo 4, and this is definitely not it. At most this game is 50% halo thanks to the campaign, but 50% CoD trash thanks to the multiplayer. 343 has destroyed Halo multiplayer which is the most important. Let me explain.

There are 26 weapons in multiplayer 13 of those being 1 shot weapons. The power weapons in this game are ridiculous. I have never been spawn killed so much by snipers and rockets in any other Halo game. Heavy weapons are like the plague, and if you didn’t make the rush to them first, you lose, the end. Same thing with the DMR, if you don’t get first shot you lose. They turned a strategy based shooter into, who has the fastest reflexes (aka what CoD is all about). What is the purpose of the recharging shield if you die in one hit almost every time?? Please explain. If you guys removed power weapons from half of the playlists then multiplayer might be acceptable.

Yes there are plenty of weapons to select, but what is the point if the only good weapons are the BR and DMR? I can’t use other weapons because they always get outgunned by the DMR/BR. Might as well remove the customization since nobody will be using any other weapons. Every playlist feels like SWAT, not sure why you guys even needed to add that playlist. And when its not those weapons, its a power weapon.

There are numerous bugs and glitches everywhere. Split Screen is broken with frame rate issues on big maps and small maps, and occurs frequently on Spartan Ops as well. Multiplayer maps have areas to get outside the map there are tons of youtube videos showing these

Weapons disappear almost instantly after they are dropped

Weapon indicators dont show up half the time

Checking downloadable content fails a majority of the time

Loadouts (and armor) get reset almost everytime the game is booted up

Online matchmaking has issues and playlists dissappear frequently

XP cap ruins leveling experience and makes Pioneer specialization useless

Specializations in general don’t make any sense. If you were to learn a new language, you would speak it a little at the start, then get better as you progress. So why would you unlock the perk at the end of the specialization??? The perk should be the first thing to be unlocked. When you learn how to drive a car, you learn a little about about road rules, but then you get in the car and start driving. You won’t be an expert right away, but you’ll get better as you go along. Understand?
This is just a basic list of things wrong with this game. These are basic things that should have been perfect. There is no excuse I have seen threads that are pages long explaining why you guys destroyed Halo 4, all of them legitimate. 343 did not test this game, they packaged it up knowing it was going to have issues. It’s wrong for you to treat the consumer like some sort of silly experiment while promising to deliver Halo 4.
Your consumers (the people who buy and play halo 4) know a ton about the game and the franchise. There should have been a public beta so that we could find these glitches and broken mechanics for you, so that when the game is released, it wouldn’t be what it is now.
I have bought every Halo since the first game, each limited edition, each xbox. I have played them since i was young, and I have always been there for the Halo franchise. I have been to every midnight release, and have been supportive of the series for as long as I can remember. When it came to Halo 4, I bought everything there was to be had. The xbox, triton headset, limited edition guide, limited edition game and soundtrack, everything. I easily wasted over $1000 for this game, and I was fooled. Well done 343, you’ve backstabbed one of your most loyal consumers. Yes you already have my money, but don’t expect to ever get a single dollar more until there is a title update fixing this mess of a game.
So i would like to know, how do I get a refund? I bought Halo 4 expecting it to be Halo 4, but it was not.
btw the campaign and soundtrack are both amazing, its just the multiplayer that you guys completely annihilated
Also you guys can troll me all you want, chances are if this game isn’t fixed, I wont be playing online or have to deal with Halo 4 players ever again. I tried so hard to like this game, but i was let down.
