So from what i can tell everyone on this forum page has been screwed by this email we all are supposed to get. y does 343 or xboxlive have no way of support for these specialization problems. we pay 60$ a year and 60 bucks a game so xbox live and 343 can careless about the people who buy their products. does anyone know of way we can actually get help from 343 instead of wasting our time on forums with a bunch of people who cant help?
