Doubt they will, especially since you can check your stats and the like through the Halo Channel App.

Yeah, but I definitely feel that the halo channel app isn’t very popular and needs a lot of improvements. Also I heard that sometimes you can’t even access your halo 5 service record.
I miss the Waypoint app 
Yeah Halo channel app is not comparable. I would like an app.
Maybe if we get enough people on board with the idea we could actually make something like this happen .

I believe there are 3rd party people working on it.
The website already has most the functionality you need, just put it into a phone app and add the ability to sell req cards and I would be so happy.
