Sounds like where our country is heading with this horrible president of ours. Trying to turn America into a government ran country, aka socialist. Enough about the similarities of your actions and our selected administration. Halo Reach’s 5 shot was a horrible idea. Took too damn long to kill someone you end up getting out of position to finish him when he should have died 8 shots ago. A Four shot with a br is perfect, DMR can be like the alien rifle, that’s fine. If you want this to be Halo 4 and not Halo Reach Around be smart.

Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know you understood fully about the whole weapon sandbox and balance issues to consider a 4 shot kill weapon. Yeah go ahead, lets just put in a 4 shot weapon so it could potentially ruin the balance of the whole weapon sandbox.
They won’t put in a four-shot BR… clearly they don’t want to increase the skill-gap and there would be too many AR kiddies who would complain about it being overpowered.

The balance is already ruined. The weapon balance has been screwed ever since CE, with one weapon better than all others at almost every distance.
The 5-shot is just to give AR-wielders the illusion that they have a chance. May as well make it 4-shot so people don’t have to use a crutch.
Uhhh, what ? First ask yourself this, have you ever had a deep four shot kill dude ? Cus I haven’t, I’m one of those legit 50’s in halo 3

Oh no! God forbid people can actually use the AR this time!! The AR is in the game for a reason. I would much rather have a game who’s weapons actually serve each of their own purpose in their specific situation than have 1 weapon to rule them all.

I honestly don’t care about your rank at all. You can’t ask for a 4 shot kill BR if you have no clue of how all the other weapons work in the game. If you change one thing for weapon, it potentially ruins the balance of all the other weapons. Ask yourself that.

It doesn’t matter if you can “use” the AR. Firstly, it’s one of the easiest weapons in the game to “use” correctly.
In every Halo game landing all your shots with the precision weapon has been a faster kill time than landing all your shots with an AR/SMG. Hopefully it’s the same for Halo 4.

They aren’t okay with spawn killing, or weapon timing, which according to them not don’t take skills. This is just something you memorize, right? Well, whatever. Now that it’s out of the game more people will for some weird reason buy more copies of the game. 343 is happy.
But they are completely okey with headsets and controllers that gives an incredible advantage over other players by being able to hear them before you see them or have lightning-quick buttons. Of course this also costs money … Microsoft is happy.
It’s so sadening it’s all about the money.

I’m sure it will be the same seeing as though you will be using your BR and DMR in their preferred effective range. Why would you ever use a BR/DMR in close range against an AR?
In almost every Halo game, preferably Halo 2/3, the SMG and AR ALWAYS dominated close range. If you even tried to use a BR in close range against an AR user, you would die most of the time unless someone had REALLY poor aiming skills.

I use the AR guys, I use every gun. But be real. It’s an automatic gun for short range, br is a rifle meant for mid to long range. It should be more powerful then a close range gun hence assault rifle vs a rifle . DMR or br
