I am curious because there’s rumors that spark is still alive and that remains of him are still around in the halo universe after his death. I‘m still sad about Johnson death after halo 3 and to me is a little ridiculous how a lightbulb legit just killed a spartan 1 like that, then again even if spark didn’t kill him, Johnson would probably be killed in the future of halo. I wonder how 343 guilty would react on seeing Chief again, like haha you thought I was dead you were wrong or something like that. Sent me out with a bang like literally a bang, Rip Avery Johnson may you Rest In Peace from us the halo fans
Spark is very much alive, but I doubt we’ll see him in Infinite. He’s off doing his own thing right now, so I doubt we’ll see him in Infinite though a cameo in a future game is not out of the question
Spark isn’t spread out around the galaxy… If I recall correctly, you may be thinking of Mendicant Bias? I think he was broken up into several parts, with his main housing buried on the Ark after the events of Silentium.
Check out Halo: Renegades if you want more info on Spark. Great book and a quick read despite being a good length novel.

At the end of Halo: Primordium (I think? It was one of the Forerunner books) it shows that Spark is still alive and was just telling his story to some ONI agents who somehow managed to get some of his remains from the debris around The Ark after Installation 08 blew up while firing.
Mendicant Bias was held by the Covenant, and was their Holy Oracle until they got a hold of Guilty Spark in Halo 2.
Pretty interesting stuff.

Yeah Primordium is an in-universe transcript of sorts between some ONI folks on the UNSC Rubicon and the remains of GS. I was referring to an adjunct after Silentium where MB is broken down into parts and scattered across the galaxy. His main consciousness, or whatever it’s called, was buried on the Ark. He managed to download into a Key Ship to try to go help humanity, which was his attempt at atonement. That ship then crashed on Janjur Qom. Ironically, that attempt at atonement eventually led to the creation of the Covenant.
It would be a great surprise to see him. Imagine his and Chief’s interaction after all these years.
Spark is alive and is currently having an adventure with the crew of the Ace of spades which consists of Rion Forge the daughter of John forge of the Spirit of Fire.
his story continues in the novel called Halo Renegades. this is part 2 in series if you would want to start from beginning i would read Halo smoke and shadow as well to get accustomed to the characters it introduces.
I doubt we would see Spark or Rion in Halo infinite but I would be pleasantly surprised if we did.

Not sure some keep claiming rumours. This can easily be found about why he’s alive here.
