Well I was just completing the Daily Challenges on the Anniversary Firefight playlist and I was listening to the in-game sounds and I heard the Monitor sound from Forge.
I thought nothing of it at first but then I saw a yellow dot move on my radar claiming to be on the same floor as me, I instantly thought it was the ODSTs but I saw they were above me, I then looked around a little, to no prevail did I find anything, however, later on I moved inside to the area were you find the marines in Halo CE and to my surprise, I saw an old friend at the door, Guilty Spark!
However, when revisiting the area where I saw him to get a nicer video, I also discovered walking up to Spark at the door would show the ‘Hold X to take ally’s’ message and for Spark, a Focus Rifle is the weapon of trade, although you can’t trade with him, it shows he is programmed to be holding a Focus Rifle for shooting and was cut.
Just thought, there is another one of the doorways that are connected in Halo CE, they may possibly still be in Installation 04, can’t check but there is always a possibility.
I heard it to. I was playing some FF Matchmaking and during the match I thought I heard a monitor, I didn’t think anything of it, thought maybe I was hearing things because I was forging for so long before I played FF. LOL!
I saw this yesterday, it said swap with ally so I went back and changed guns because I already had the weapon and came back hoping he had a better version. But by then he was gone.

Spark will randomly come back during the game, just gotta wait for him.

Someone does need to test this, I was unable to earlier because I had no one to hop on with but he has to go somewhere, I doubt he just constantly spawns every few minutes.
