Why not? It’s been 3 months after launch and I still have to go to team arena. I’m tired of playing arena breakout over and over again. CTF and Strongholds are great game modes. All you guys have to do is flip a switch. Sometimes I don’t get 343. Why can’t they do it???
I have written on a number of threads about this. Really want this to happen. Really don’t see why it hasn’t.
It’s not that they can’t, they wont.
They’re too busy rehashing skin reqs and armor and maps to want to do anything else. Out of all the suggestion threads I’ve seen only about 2% of them are barely taken into consideration by 343.
Hell, they already said they’re not going to even acknowledge any consumer made petitions towards the end game.
Yea, I miss being able to choose one gametype. Especially CTF, being my favorite, I refuse to play grabbags of gametypes, hence I only play warzone.
I wish because I love CTF with friends.
Why would 343 help you play exactly what you want in Arena? 343 wants you to play Warzone.
If 343 grants players the ability to choose specific Arena modes, and play them whenever they want, the Warzone population takes a big hit.
That’s why you and a group of buddies can’t even put together a Custom Game of Oddball/KoTH/Griffball/Assault/etc. That’s why you cannot vote or veto maps/gametypes.
343 isn’t about to do anything to encourage players to steer clear of Warzone. Warzone strongly encourages players to open up their wallets and allow 343 to reach on in.
Until REQ pack sales slow, Halo 5 remains a crying shame.
