I’ve only played for an hour but I have to say 343 did a great job with this update.
I noticed the mute option in the lobby.
The new Arena map is great.
The new REQs are awesome. Already got a few.
The connection seems better.
I noticed before that a few players in Warzone were getting over 20 kills in a short match while most had single digits. I think this was do to connection to the servers. I know this because I had some matches where all I had to do is point in a direction and shoot and I would kill multiple players.
I noticed since this update that the kills seem more even. I see more players getting double digits.
I was hoping they would address the long match making search times for regional players (i.e let the player pick a region rather than lock them). I’m indifferent about their monthly cosmetic changes and map additions.

No fix though to the onyx csr problem where you barely go up but rank down incredibly heavily even in 2nd on ffa. It is affecting a whole division ad hundreds of people have lost hundreds of csr- days of work and 343 have ignored it so far
New update is bad are you guys on crack? Assault is cool but they don’t even call it a bomb they call it a ball, The new map is huge and good for assault but bad for anything else, no skill jumps and difficult to move around. The new skins are a joke, they had the same skin for an SMG at the start of the game so obviously they had them from the start. New storm riffle OMG so awesome and takes them like no time and effort to make but at least some people are happy I guess. Where are the post game medals 343? Where are the playlists that should of been in the game since the start? O wait I remember 343 had the biggest flop in online gaming history MCC and is “making up for it” by giving it’s loyal fans an incomplete unbalanced game. The only thing they actually put time into was WZ and that was so people would give them more money for REQs , honestly 343 you disgust me and many others.

Yea, we will never see another Halo game that comes remotely close to Halo 3. Halo is slowly getting worse each time, and MCC was a -Yoinking!- disaster. I want Team Snipers. I don’t give a damn about armors or skins. Warzone isn’t even that enjoyable anymore because half the time you get ravaged by clans. Last night on Apex the other team had 7 people in our armory at the start of the game, then they just farmed kills for 20 minutes before ending the game 1000-150.

Obviously you didn’t play it at all. It’s fun to play fun game modes but once you play it 5 mins with a competitive attitude you start noticing huge probles in the map design like jump heights and underpasses. It’s not complete at all and can’t be played like halo 5 should

I don’t about US but EU servers were having issues the whole night. Lag compensations was disfunctional for the first time since the launch of the game… custom games were crashing and experiencing huge lag spike… Griffball was unplayable every other game due to server lag. We also got booted from matchmaking games to bad connection which ended up giving us sync errors once again → hard reset xbox one… Have to try again today and hope that it was just servers getting too full which would be a positive thing community-wise
If you start seeing a wide spread in the scores it’s either half the people sucking -Yoink- or half the people having connection issues so I don’t know how your logic applies, I can be wrong tho…

They did also have cool stuff in this update!! You didn’t mention the colour customization options which imo were one of the best improvements!!!
