I have been threw hell the past 5 days with halo 5 lag I have been in contact with Xbox everyday wasting my time on the phone… I have fast internet speeds and everything is good there I have had to rearrange my living room so I can plug my xbox directly into the wall, port forwarded, dmz,upnp, static ip, called isp, uninstalled and reinstalled halo and I’m still lagging on top of it all 343 shuts me down for leaving games even though I’m lagging so bad that I have to quit and my stats have went to hell thanks a lot 343 for all of this!!! Also the lag is just you. It can’t be the game they have servers that make sure you don’t lag.

for you maybe, and while I think OP could have phrased it better i still get where he’s coming from. Many people are experiencing issues with lag, dedicated servers etc. There is a huge 3000+ post thread on this.

The lag is most certainly not gone the specialist at Xbox networking team can’t even figure this out… And it’s an email address you can litteraly go on google and get anybody’s email you want not a big deal
Not exactly sure why you waisted your time with Support? Really? sorry this is going on I’ve had about 5 matches with minor lag that disappear’s a few minutes into match

Well I was hoping 343 would respond so they would take away the stupid ban… But they clearly make it impossible to get ahold of them no email no phone number… You are lucky

It doesn’t matter if you have good internet or servers, you can’t fix other peoples crappy connections.
There is/was something going on… I noticed some delay and the past 2 days I got the infamous “retrieving game data“ after each game.

You’re cute. You actually believe 343 hangs out in these forums. They bailed after the first week when the game’s problems started flooding in.

Bull -Yoink- I still get lag all the -Yoinking!- time when nobody is home and it clearly says "there were problems with the dedicated servers)
