Hey guys I wanted to address an issue with the game. I haven’t seen anything on Google or the forums about this. Everything that follows is unavailable.Player stats, after game action report, recent players, editing service tag, editing personal emblem or colors, editing spartan colors, no xp gained from games, ranks do not update after games or my personal stats(if I turn off and back on my Xbox the ranks/stats will update but won’t continually update after that unless I reset my Xbox again) and last but not least req points and packs. Additionally when matching opponents all player emblems are white with loading image. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, have hard reset countless times, moving game from external to internal device all to no avail. I watch streamers on twitch and no one else seems to have this issue but, i doubt it is my Xbox since other games play fine. Any idea what’s happening? I love playing H5 almost 24 days of total time logged on the game but I haven’t played much lately because of this. About 2 weeks ongoing issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
