Lol yeah they did. What a bunch of phonies. They talk out of their -Yoink- just to keep our hopes high to hold onto as many dollar bills as they can with their false promises

The game was released in November… how much more time to they need to polish this turd!

I’d just like more frequent updates. I’d like to know how 343 think the fixes are working. What is on their to do list etc. the lack of updates is starting to suggest to me that they feel the job is done and that they can move on with other projects. From my point of view the game is still broken and I’d like to know that they are still working on it.

In short, please talk to us!

I bet that it is separate teams. Jobs get assigned and the people in that department work on them. The kind of issues they are working with in MCC and the Beta are different so they would have different people working on it.

I believe he was referring to the fact that there hasn’t been an update since 12/22, not all the way back to November. Its been the holidays and the game is working fairly well at this point. at least enough to have fun playing it if you don’t have crappy internet/networking. They deserve to take some time off and spend time with their families. I’m sure they are all back to work now and we will have another update this week.

Besides, i would rather have them take a little more time to get more bugs worked out in a larger update and have time to test it fully. I don’t need an update from them every day that basically says “still working on the next patch.”

The longer time for the next update, the better(at least it should be). I hate these weekly updates b/c some code gets rewritten and screws something else up. I prefer one big patch that fixes most issues.

Well no halo 4 playlist for christmas what a shame 343

I realise the intent of T4inted fate comment and I am glad that the game is working to some degree for you but for me it has been terrible. Constant crashing in both Campaign and Multiplayer and woeful communication from 343i regarding defect rectification and projected time scales until all issues will be resolved. The numerous patches have for me done next to nothing. I am just tired of some people for whatever reason defending 343i and their defective product with its systemic issues. I do not suggest for one minute that the 343i personnel should not have time off and enjoy the christmas holiday. If they had released a working product back in November the ‘suggestion’ of this would not even have been discussed within this forum.

Posted these in another few threads, but it’s relevant to here to i’ll post again with some extra info:

> Plenty of issues have been addressed through the various content updates, though as is the nature of software fixing one thing often can break something unrelated. They have a hard line to walk here as half the community want updates almost daily and the other half wasn’t one big fix all, so i imagine they are going for a medium with weekly. A lot of the fixes will be dependent on what can be pulled together in time and passed for certification, messing it may not be entirely possible to day what they week be able to address week to week. Patching is not an easy progress by any means and you’ll find that some bigger issues will have to wait until other changes have been put in place.

> They’re not, there is a content update in the works for releasing soon. I don’t have an ETA, but I imagine early this week. Perhaps Tomorrow or Tuesday I would expect to see it drop.
