Nope the new one looks like the helmets been sat on, and the chest is suddenly all curvy. Looks like crap
to be fair. 99 percent of halo5s helmets are just -Yoink-. while reach was 99 percent awesomeness

Actually, the new Mark V Alpha is closer to the original Mark V from Combat Evolved. Aside from the helmet, which looks a bit too round and short.
Mk.v alpha’s helmet looks pretty good except for the front and the sides of the “jaw” need to be more angled
( every helmet has it’s quirks such as halo 2 mk vi having chubby cheeks) other than that…
CQB woould look great in halo 5! 1080p

They can’t bring hayabusa back.
Hayabusa was Bungie’s thanks to Team Ninja
For including a halo character in (Dead or alive 4).

They’re probably saving some of these for updates, think about that.
The mark v alpha is the mark v from Halo CE. The only differences are the visor is a little stubby and no ammo belt. Other than that, it’s design is closer than that of Halo 4. It isn’t based off the anniversary mark v, but the original Bungie style mark v. Just go back and play CE on original graphics. You’ll see what I mean. It’s nearly identical.

This is a must
there is only two things that are not perfect about the Mark V alpha. One, the helmet scale. The jaw goes too far forward and the black visor is a little too stubby. Two, there is no ammo belt. This is reasonable butI brought it up because Halo 4 had the belt on their Mark V. Other than that, this entire armor is a reboot of, not the ten year anniversary Halo CE armor, but the original Bungie Halo CE armor. I did like the CE slight changes but this has the most authenticity.
I doubt they forgot about THEIR game’s things. They just decided not to add them
