I intentionally don’t post on this forum because my play-style and viewpoint differs greatly from the majority of people here. That being said, Halo 4 is really getting to the point of no return, meaning and increasing number of players are selling their disks, quitting halo etc. Halo 4 just isn’t fun for the most part anymore.
Maybe i’ve been spoiled with so many good developers, but BLOPs 1 and MW3 both had multiple TU’s and gamechanging updates every week for about a month or two upon release. Even Reach, though it took forever Got a gamechanging TU.
This previous TU i understand, in your eyes, was meant more to fix the bugs/glitches etc. that people experience. Quite honestly i’m surprised almost ZERO balancing of multiplayer aspects has been tackled at all. I don’t know if you are lazy, inept (i mean no offense, but what else are players left to think at this point), or just don’t care but it’s bogus. I really couldn’t care that another title update is coming in a month or whenever, because the first TU should have come a week after the game came out, you let gamebreaking issues fester for months, i hear tell the TU was supposed to come on new year but got pushed back for whatever reason.
So here is what a game balancing TU is like: - YouTube It took me EIGHT MINUTES to solidly identify several areas of improvement for halo 4’s multiplayer. I know there are people in your company that get paid to do what i just did in this video and again, i don’t know if they just don’t get, don’t do their jobs right etc. but IT SEEMS OBVIOUS TO ME that these changes should have happened months ago BEFORE A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF YOUR POPULATION SWITCHED TO COD OR OTHER GAMES.
I don’t know what specifically Bravo does, but i do know that the ONLY good 343 has done for this game has come AFTER he got picked up, and i know for a fact i wouldn’t be playing it if he wasn’t helping out matchmaking the way he does.
I’m not going to give you my life story but i bought this mockery new, i’ve sat through all the garbage long enough, i just bought your majestic map pack… I think it’s fair that i get to do some necessary complaining. Not to mention the countless hours i’ve spent on halo, just across the board.
FIX YOUR GAME, PLEASE. I just want a working halo game.
