343 fix you !@#$ing co-op!

I know a lot of you have experienced this. You get a group of friends together for some Spartan Ops or Campaign and get pumped to start playing it. All goes well until you guys load in and ready your weapons. You go to move then you don’t. About 2 seconds later you start running and your gun shoots 2 seconds after you press the trigger. Your movements also feel like you are on a moon bounce.

This is 100% unacceptable. I know the game is designed with some stupid way of compensating lag and arguments can be made for better net connections but seriously guys there is a problem and it makes one of the most successful features and the new Spartan Ops nearly unplayable. I just got done with the first mission of the campaign in co-op and it was abyssmal and ended in me just quitting and logging out.

Earlier in the week I tried to play both campaigns with several buddies of mine that I play LoL and various other games with on PC and LIVE that have player hosting. Our connections are the best we can get and are not horrible at all (On PC games such as LoL and TF2 we average 40 ping and that is absurdly good). We rarely lag in any game we play yet when we play co-op our lag is just unbearable.

Way to go 343…You have continued a -Yoink- trend that plagues previous games and have successfully forced players like me into basically buying a $60 competitive multiplayer only game. Because of you I cannot properly enjoy the story or obtain certain achievements. There is no excuse for the lag to be THAT bad when all the players in the group have stellar connections.

This happened in Reach as well it the way they sync the AIs and do not compare a console game vs a PC. As a PC gamer I know that just not a fair argument.

The PC games were to show how my connection is. We have never had lag issues this bad with any game on consoles either.
