Hello, I qualified for your specialization promotion in every way what so ever, checked my two e-mail accounts linked to my profile, checked all my folders, posted in your support thread multiple times… Still no code.
I went on Halo 4 today to find out that the servers were down for me and that apparently I’m a level 1 instead of 26, also says this on Halo waypoint (Still 26 in service record)
Come on this stuff is happening to too many people, get your act together please
