For Halo 4, don’t take months after the game came out to release a classic mode, or improve Arena, or add MLG and Action Sack.
I want them on launch, and tweeked based on our feedback.
What alternative gametypes/playlist do you want on launch?
I want Classic and MLG, more than any thing. I was MLG within the same month Halo 4 is out. Since MLG might take a while before since MLG would need to make rulew first)
Also, Clans playlist, please. Full parties vs other full parties only.

Inb4 floods of haters. But yeah I understand where you’re coming from since I love Halo for it’s competitiveness. Like you said though, MLG won’t come as a preloaded playlist because they have to experiment with the game for a couple of months before they can make solid gametypes and map variants. Frankie already said there will definitely be options for us classic players so let’s hope he means it.
I also hope that 343i act as fast as Treyarch did when it came to glitches, tweaking and cheaters.
Forget about MLG at launch. They need time to create variant and gametype.

Double EXP Weekend! I loved that in Halo 3. It offered up a different fun game type every weekend and gave you Double EXP to boot. It was fun and actually got my friends excited to sit down and play.
Okay guys, I know many of you can’t process this…but what if Reach was a bad game because Bungie rushed it.
What if things like the multiplayer beta hurt Reach’s shipdate.

Preach
343 has done a great job of listening to the competitive community. I imagine they will have some sort of playlist from day one that has no radar, BR starts, competitive style maps, no BS weapons like Hammers, etc. It won’t be perfect, but we will have that at least. Plus, we will have custom games to play around with the settings MLG is testing. And I am sure most people will want to play default playlist/gametypes just to see what it is like.
