I could adjust to almost any change you make in the game. The only thing I really cared about was a change to the ranking system. Instead, you doubled down on the mess you have and pretty much sh*t on solo players. Thanks a lot 343.

-Yoink- off Halo is a team game deal with it.
Bite me.
When halo 4 released, it was too lone wolf.
When halo 5 releases, its not lonewolf enough.
Ain’t this community a bucket of laughs?

Which change are you talking about?
We can keep pushing for a little individual recognition. Who knows? Of course it sucks when you get a weak or quitting player, but hey, help your team best you can and provide advice. Help the community! But I am sure lone wolf gametypes will be in and so they will have to have someway of rating lone wolf performance. Maybe, they can pull lone wolf performance data and use it rate teammates when matching them? WHo knows!

He’s probably refering to this:
- Punish quitters with CSR penalties and matchmaking bans
Win/lose only in slayer is what most solo players distaste. A kill limit needs to be added so that losing doesn’t punish those who play solo and average consistently high kill counts.
Say 15+ kills and losing a game is +10 to rank. Small but at least you are travelling up in rank even though your team loses and for a solo player that is all you really need. If you come off a winning streak playing solo for a mere +30 to rank you don’t want to score 18kills lose and go -40. It is an unfair system. If rank brackets are made where an average of kills needs to be made to keep rank moving in a positive direction along with a match win bonus then team balancing may become easier.
Bronze 5 kills
silver 7kills
gold 12 kills
onix 17 kills and so on
Win/lose system only works in objective, slayer needs a better system.

Way to back up your argument with logic.
Why should a single player benefit, of all things, in a slayer game? It’s a team mode, and encourages you to work as a team. When 5 releases (assuming they learned from mcc), team matchmaking will be the key.
Since I play and search alone, I feel your frustration (the beta was lackluster in Ranking for reasons stated), letting players rank with a losing team does not help in the long run. Especially at higher levels, working as a team is imperative.
Instead, adjustments should be made to factor wins vs losses. Losing should not eliminate all of the winning rank points. At least not 1:1 or 1:2. That is overly punishing to the players (As a whole).
Halo is a team-based game, and it has a team-based ranking system. I’m sure the Lone Wolves playlist will have its own ranking system that will satisfy you.
Seriously, 343, if you want to crap all over the rank of players who want to play your game but who can’t always wait for 3 other friends to get on, that’s fine. It’s your game, your choice, but if you don’t want to piss them off to no end, give them a LONE WOLVES PLAYLIST. IT COULDN’T BE SIMPLER.
All I want is a lone wolves playlist, and I will love you forever. I don’t want to constantly deal with useless crayon-eaters that the game matches me with. That kills my experience of your wonderful game.
Yes, I know this is a primarily team-based game, but people have lives, and it’s perfectly reasonable to expect that those peoples’ lives won’t give them all simultaneous periods of free time.
That’s what Lone Wolves and FFA are for.
At the end of the day, a Team W/L system is fine for what they’re trying to show, as long as players are being accurately matched together.
Bungie and 343i tried an individual ranking for Reach, it was not received well.
I personally want the 3-pronged ranking system of Team CSR + Individual Rank + Exp. Rank.
