I agree the game needs more diversity but as mentioned in this thread if they are already having issues with BTB how do they expect a huge BR to work properly? Seems like a lot to handle and maintain when there are already issues at hand.
Agreed. Firefight would be so amazing, firefight and forge honestly. I miss Reach firefight so much!!

Battle Royale would be an interesting mode to add, I’m not against it but, hopefully it comes after more modes so we have more modes we already know and love.

I don’t have a problem with BR. I think if they gave the options to players in Forge, the community will make it happen.
I do have a problem with 343 trying to make a BR mode work when they don’t have the capabilities, as far as I have seen, to get smooth 24 players in BTB working without a hitch.
Get BTB in shape, Forge in shape, Firefight in shape, then worry about BR

Assuming they even add Firefight and Forge into the game, do we even have confirmation that they will add these? It’s such a fan favorite!
As far as I know. CoOp Season 2, Forge Season 3.
Both have been pushed back. No clue what CoOp is, could be campaign, could be firefight, could be both, so who knows what we will get.

that you save and can use pre Game, to set your DROP, and can use them to unlock things (TECH TREE),
and use them for all TEMP Applications.
If you can’t pilot a PHANTOM and PELICAN. scratch the whole Launch, and postpone until it can be done in a 1 shot deal.
your “core” points can be used thus
- to drop you in off a pelican where you want. With your teammates at no extra cost.
- Air fare you in, with the choice to stay airbourne and reselect locations, with the risk of losing a Pelican, and costing you CORE POINTS**. this also allows you to hover.**
- or you get to fly it yourself. at x100% the cost. from 500 to Pilot Option@5000.
-then you pay extra to curry Vehicles off a Drop.
-and equip the manned turret(s).
- and fill the Bay with munitions as selected.
- and choose to Buy a Teammate SPAWN Point, if you didn’t go with PELICAN Option A.

BR HALO is ROCK SOLID.
PLUS CROWN JEWELS. primarily for unlocking things in TECHTREES, that you can also use for ingame Ordinances. for example, you can’t afford somehting, but you really dont wanna lose your 150-3 death spread, and will spend the good stuff to keep it that way.
AND Then, You Gotta Just USE Your Brain:
don’t sell core points, en mass.
don’t sell jewels en mass.
add them exclusively to round off the value of a purchase.
and make all purchases cheap, and limited quantity per player.
CHEAP is THEIR VALUE. keep them cheap. (sniper CHANCE ON SPAWN. SNIPER LOOT. SNIPER SKIN. SNIPER MUNITIONS. no pts. $1.00. total quota per week: 2x. CAP STOCK. 5 in storage.)(You unlock a ton ingame, so, its not a concern of inequality or purchased victory. )
and use PTs to accomidate the fact that you aren’t selling what they want, so let them Pack their Own bags.
and never make a purchases seasonal. ALL OPEN SHOP.

Phantoms respectively have Battery Power. but admittedly likely a far vaster munition limit. thast Cannon, not anything i get to implicate, so maybe not.

its really hard to understand the management at 343 XD
but most people are stupid and or dumb, and will happily suck in the MMO LOBBY / BR without even flinching.
Nickmercs just had a talk about Halo on stream with 26k viewers. A BR is the only thing that can save Halo now.
My thoughts are that I really dislike “free for all” so why should I be excited about a “battle royal“? To me it seems like a desperate move for 343. Halo used to be a leader, now it’s a follower.

Who remembers the good old days of action sack. all those fun minigames that players made. Cat and mouse, Jump rope. etc… i know we will need forge for such things, but i think that there is a huge forge community out there that wants to get their hands on a version of forge for infinte. imagine all the maps and game modes one could make that involve the repulser or the grapple shot. Anyway staying true to this thread and the topic at hand. i believe a battle royale will benefit Infinte but make it your own. DONT BE GENERIC! Halo infinite has sparked hope for me and is so much better than some previous titles. The future of Halo multiplayer looks bright

You see I don’t get this as I’ve never played Fortnite or PUBG
So time it will be halo with a new mode. Like when they first brought firefight out.

I agree with that. Not every game has to have it in order to succeed. However I’m not wholly opposed to the idea now as I was once before. That’s probably me just yearing for more content though.
