i called kmart today because i didn’t get an order confirmation yet…they said 343 didn’t give them my copy…any help???
Hmmmm guess we are facing a… out of stock scenario here.
If they don’t have any they can’t sell it to you. Nor can 343i do anything about it really as shipping is handle by Microsoft and it’s partner.

Wouldn’t it be kmart job to send the game to UPS since you buy it from them?
If a gamestore or company can not get you the item you wish to receive then it means they don’t have anymore in stock at the moment

It means that your order has not been received by the UPS facility that is handling it, not that your copy isnt in existence.
It will be received around 4 PM most likely and then shipped to you afterwards by tomorrow afternoon.
I have 4 orders at the moment that have not yet been received by UPS myself but I am not new to how the system functions if you choose next day delivery. You will receive your copy.

Let me remind everyone that you are to treat fellow forum members with courtesy and respect. No need to be elitist about where you purchased your copy of Halo 4.
I know this has already been hinted at, but I’d suspect that because it’s a release day delivery. Maybe it’s being drop shipped from Microsoft directly? This prevents the logistical nightmares associated with stores re-shipping things and helps minimize lost stuff…I’m not sure how the vendors (Game, Gamestop,Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) and Microsoft worked it all out, but most of these folks are pretty dang good at handling mass distributions like this. 2 million pre-orders is a lot of stuff to ship. You were probably billed on saturday or sunday and the game will ship overnight today… so you might not have it at 8 am tomorrow, but you’ll get it… hang tight buddy. If it doesn’t come by wednesday start raising the roof on KMart’s customer service lines and they’ll help you figure it out…
Hopefully the system doesn’t let you down…
