343 Customer Support is Horrendous

I have had issues connecting to online play since launch. I have made posts, connected the dots (Timer Warner Cable) and tried to contact 343 to no avail. They are a terrible company. I got too used to Bungie actually responding and giving information when things were wrong.

You probably don’t care in the grand scheme of things 343, but you can count me out as a customer in the future.

Wait a second, 343 has customer support? First I’ve heard of this.

Online issues are a regularly occurring problem with AAA launches because of their scale. For something as fancy and beautiful as dedicated servers, I’m more than willing to forgive a few launch connection concerns. There’s a large amount of overhead associated with a game’s launch, and 343 is undoubtedly busy handling it as best they can. That doesn’t mean your problem isn’t valid, but it may be beneficial to give them a bit of slack.

You can bet that the highest priority concern of the studio right now is stabilizing the servers and providing a working experience (they even made a CSR update earlier today, so fixes are in motion).

So they have made a mention of the connection issues? I have not seen a thing.

I played 8 free for all games never left early did not use mic to offend anyone always ran around last place so did not cheat I keep getting unable to connect to servor for co op multiplayer solo campaign no problem this is 2nd day with issue
