343 it was understandable that you wanted to make people excited and keep us talking but now it’s just getting ridiculous and yoinking people off
It’s like me telling you that I’m gonna come to your studio soon with gallons of ice cream only to not show up for weeks and when I finally show up I only have a cod fish (see wat I did there?) and then telling you that you’ll sooth their nerves in a month
I blame the community for overreacting. If there was no information up until this point, people would still be raging as to why there hasn’t been new information.
To be fair, we were told months ago that Halo 4’s multiplayer was going to be drastically different from the past (while still keeping the Halo feel). And remember when Frankie said that there were some things that Call of Duty did beautifully that they could do better?
It’s the community’s fault for overreacting to the information when they very well knew beforehand that Halo 4 wasn’t going to be Halo 2.5 or 3.5. Sure, having a sudden blast of potentially controversial information wasn’t necessarily the best way to go at it, it’s definitely something people were warned about and should have prepared for.
