A lot of people gripe here and there about other stuff…but the weapon balance when controlled at correct distance is the crowning achievement of Halo 5 and it has been since day 1. I can’t remember another Halo where I have killed people with 20+ different weapons and don’t feel like I need to hide in a corner with my start ups. Equal loadouts is FPS purity at its finest and that should stay the same as well.
Ikr the vehicles do need to be readjusted for Halo 6 but weapons are all balanced and work for what they are made for
I agree. Halo 5’s weapon balance is the best in the series, and I hope to see it stay that way in Halo 6.
I hope they can pull off this kind of balance in every future Halo title, though I would like to see the Magnum kill time raised by one shot just to add a bit more incentive to drop it for something else. The weapon balance is better than ever IMO

Bigtime. They can change the look all they want as long as the performance, load times, etc remain the same. I am typically not one of those guys recommends something to be the same. Its not for personal gain either because I think I have performed the worst in this version of Halo than all the other ones. But that’s on me. Also because the weapons work so well I think 99.5% I die is because its my fault. This is also a great feeling for an FPS. It’s on me to improve.
