I have been trying to locate a phone number or an email address for 343 but cant seam to find one. I’m sure that they don’t want it to be public info. But they should at least have a customer support number.
Does anyone happen to know of such a number or email? Or am i better off just filing a complete with Microsoft?

I got a message on xbox one, it was a 1 month for the bad halo the master chief collection launch and the message deleted because i got too many messages from ppl.
i contacted microsoft and they tell me i have to contact 343 and they have no way to contact them. Did i lose it forever? =(

I can’t download the digital copy fully and Microsoft told me the same thing. This is a joke. I reinstalled 4 times with no luck. They won’t refund my money so I can buy a disc copy either… bummer

If you’re having issues downloding from the store then XBL support is honestly the best place to go. If you have twitter, send them a tweet otherwise try giving them call. I tend to avoid live chat if I can help it.

I’m writing this to you because I don’t know why you think it’s a good idea to get rid of snipers for team ball. I mean how stupid are you people oddball is in skirmish nobody cares. I mean you messed up putting halo 1 in snipers already, which by the way it’s not even in numerical order, so you already look stupid with that one because halo 3 started shorty snipes and I don’t see that anywhere. Your update was a certified joke ya getting people is faster but I’m still getting kicked out of games and your network is still freezing and now I can’t even play the best Playlist on here because you people wanna do what you want. Here’s a thought how about you just add team ball why do you have to replace snipers and make it a rotation again are you stupid or just limited? Anyway I really think you guys should get your priorities in order and put the consumer first and put multiple play lists back on permanently and not rotate them out.

I have a issue too, My brother can’t get the achievement for completing halo 3, under 3 hours, we did it together and I got the achievement, but he didn’t, we have tried to complete some maps again and even faster, but under his stats, it says that he have used 4:27:xx, And when we complete the maps, the game doesn’t save our times! What can we do if we can’t get help from 343 industries?
