I am trying to play halo 5 and my connection is fine however my halo says “req service unavailable”. I have restart my xbox multiple times,disconnected my wifi from my xbox and restart halo 5 multiple times. Please help me get my reqs back!
Hey OP, looks like there is a service alert out on Xbox Live at the moment, that is likely going to be causing these issues in the game. You can keep up to date by following the status support page, once the Xbox team have resolved the issues everything should return to normal again:

Thank you, I knew about the xbox live alert ,however, I didn’t think it was related to halo 5 since it rarely does.
