343 certain REQs are not unlocking n missing armor

I have armor that i was suppose to be given that I have not recieved and also Req’s stopped giving me stuff but still missing vehicles???

Thanks for unlocking my armor but is there a reason i cant get the Req’s for the 5 regular mongooses, i cant get the corp, urban, thundra, oni, or wordland one but Req’s aint giving me anything anymore
