There has been much fuss about armor and skins being exclusive so… We do know that BS Angel said that in the Limited Edition we get Recruit Prime armor SKIN, but for people like me who are pre ordering the console bundle… Is it FOTUS ARMOR or a skin, and is it exclusive. if any 343 employee could please clear this up for some concerned fans that would be greatly appreciatd, thanks in advance.

New bulletin says that FOTUS is NOT a skin but an armour set so there you go!
It is FOTUS Armour, to my knowledge, there are no special skins that have been showed on FOTUS anyways.

Probably not. There is talk of the pre-order bonus being released in the distant future, but not FOTUS, that will more than likely stay exclusive
